In a few weeks, we’ll have an exciting new startup investment opportunity for members.
The startup is Reliant Immune Diagnostics. It’s a medical diagnostic company that has the opportunity to change the way we diagnose conditions, receive prescriptions and take delivery of our medication.
This company has more than 30 tests in its pipeline, including some for strep throat, the Zika virus and pregnancy.
Its disposable test kits will combine a user’s smartphone camera with its powerful cloud computing solution to interpret results.
Reliant will then connect users with a doctor in an online video consultation if necessary to prescribe medication.
We’re still ironing out all the final investment details, but we wanted to let you know that this is coming.
Here’s what we can tell you right now…
- This is a time-sensitive deal, so I wanted to give you advance notice if you’re interested in participating. We’ll have a full write-up for you to review soon.
- The minimum is $10,000, and money needs to be in by January 24. The opportunity will be offered through MicroVentures, a trusted company we’ve worked with before.
- This is a Series A round of financing. The company is raising $20 million, with $7.5 million committed by other investors so far.
- Reliant’s valuation for this round is $50 million pre-money. If it raises the full $20 million, the post-money valuation will be $70 million.
