Kucoin, the exchange we recommend for buying our latest recommendation, RaiBlocks, is having technical issues with some Ethereum (ETH) deposits.
Several members reported that their deposits were “stuck.” I looked into this, and Kucoin has a process in place to resolve this problem. So if your Ethereum deposit did not come through, please visit this page on Kucoin.com:

Important: You only need to do this if your Ethereum deposit to Kucoin did not go through correctly.

If you have not yet bought Raiblocks, I recommend sending bitcoin to Kucoin to make your purchase. At least until the Ethereum issues are resolved, it’s simply the better option.
As a reminder, never give anyone your password or private keys. Bad actors often target people who are having technical issues. Only deal directly with the exchange’s official support channels (which in this case is support@kucoin.com).
