Early-Stage Fund Enters Its Final Days

Dear Startup Investor,

We’ve been working closely with MicroVentures these past few months, helping its team to continue to identify great young startups for the early-stage fund we recommended to you in late March.

It’s such a wonderful opportunity, I’ve urged, pleaded and cajoled Bill Clark into keeping the fund open.

Bill is the CEO of MicroVentures. He does his best to accommodate my requests. But time is running out.

The fund is entering into its final days of availability. Bill says he’ll be closing it soon.

If you haven’t invested yet, there’s still time. But only if you act promptly.

I hope you do. As I said, the fund represents a great deal for our members.

And not just because of the reduced fees Adam and I negotiated with Mr. Clark. The price is also right.

For a minimum of $10,000, you get eight to 10 outstanding startups. I particularly like the one that recently graduated from Y Combinator’s top-rated incubator program.

The startup converts pollution-causing contaminants into valuable industrial raw material.

Another startup takes up where online payment platforms like Stripe, Dwolla, PayPal and others leave off. It has a huge and growing market as more and more companies use mobile payment devices and software.

So here’s the deal…

I’ve asked Bill to delay closing the fund for at least another two weeks. And he agreed.

That should give you enough time to contact MicroVentures and sign up. Here are the instructions on how to invest…

  1. If you haven’t signed up with MicroVentures yet, you can do so by clicking right here and filling out your contact information so the company can call you.
  2. If you’re already a MicroVentures member (if you invested in the pre-IPO deal, you are), simply log in to your account on MicroVentures.com and click here or paste this link (https://microventures.com/offerings/mv-ei-startup-fund) into your URL box. Then proceed with your investment online. Or you can call the company directly at 1.800.283.9903.

If you haven’t registered with MicroVentures as an accredited investor, this is when it’ll ask you to. And, remember, you’ll need at least $10,000 to invest.

I can’t promise you another reprieve. This is most likely your last chance to invest in this extremely high-quality fund.

There will be other startup investment opportunities, of course.

We’re lining up a couple of them right now.

One is with a new AngelList fund. The other involves an opportunity to invest in MicroVentures itself. Needless to say, we’re very impressed with what MicroVentures has accomplished.

More details to come on both in a few weeks’ time.

Sincerely,

Andy Gordon
